So let Fall -10

Even when the flowers die,
we'll loop them into daisy chains,
so they may know that you and I,
Still love them in their faded state.

We'll take the leaves and toss them up,
and watch them come a'swirling down,
To show while Autumn's almost done,
We love their newly fallen brown.

And when Fall comes to you and I,
Our fingers linked like rusty chains,
Our souls will dance, and on wind ride,
Though our bodies in loam remain.

As dust to dust we all must fall,
So let us love before that call.
